This series consists of schedules of disbursements. The records, submitted on standard form 1064, include information on the department, the bureau, and the date of the disbursement; the name, title, and station of the individual disbursing the funds; the fiscal period (e.g., month or quarter); the symbol of the fund from which the money was disbursed; the bureau schedule number, the disbursing officer's number, and the bureau voucher number; the name of the recipient of the money, the reason for the disbursement, and the amount disbursed. The disbursements covered appropriations and expenditures for lumber, Indian hospitals, employee wages, petroleum, and public utilities, as well as payments to the Chevrolet Motor Division of General Motors Company; the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company; Sears, Roebuck and Company; and the Eastman Kodak Company.
